Refund Policy
Automatic Refunds
Credits are automatically refunded if:
- ✅ Generation fails due to technical error
- ✅ Server timeout or API issue
- ✅ System error prevents download
No action needed - refunds are instant and automatic.
Manual Refund Requests
Contact support if you're unhappy with your generated letter. We review case-by-case:
Eligible for refund:
- Letter doesn't match your input
- Obvious quality issues
- Factual errors or hallucinations
- Technical formatting problems
Not typically eligible:
- "I don't like the writing style" (try regenerating with different details)
- "I found a typo" (download as DOCX and fix it)
- "I didn't get the job" (we can't guarantee job offers)
